4.0 earthquake near Palm Springs!

The red square in the diagram below shows the location of the earthquake. It occurred just north of Palm Springs today at 10:39 AM on the San Andreas Fault and was very close to the surface (only 2 miles below the surface) so was felt by many. The photo below the diagram is of a Chuckwalla we came across on our San Andreas Fault Tour.
